My services are offered for anonymous use as much as possible. Personal data is only used with your agreement. You have the possiblity to withdraw your agreement at any time. I do not transfer private data to third person without your explicit permission unless I am forced to do so by law.

Personal data is information that makes identification of a person possible. This includes in particular name, date of birth, address and phone number. Anonymous data is e.g. statements about your personal preferences or the like. Processing this data not relatable to your person helps me in finding out about the habits of my users which allows me to make my services more user friendly and to adjust them to my users needs and desires.
What kinds of data are retrieved?
Your personal data is transferred to me only when you purchase one of my software products. Beyond that your IP number is stored for some weeks for anonymous statistical evaluation.
Who collects my Data?
Basically your data given on product purchase is solely hosted in the databases of my e-Commerce Partner share-it! and on own systems in house unless explicitly pointed out to you. Your IP number is stored by my Web hoster all-tld for some weeks for anonymous statistical evaluations.
What do I do with your Personal and Anonymous Data?
I use your personal data only to associate your purchased licenses to your person. Alongside this use of personal information anonymous data is collected during the visit of my pages. The latter is useful for marketing as well as for improvement of offered services.
Can I influence the use of my data?
Naturally you have the sole right to choose if and for what purpose I am allowed to use your data. If I am going to offer a newsletter and you register yourself for it you can unregister yourself at any time. As a rule you can find a dedicated link to unsubscribe easily near the end of the newsletter. In addition you alone decide if your data can be handed to third person or if I may use your data for consultancy, advertising and marketing research. Also in this case you can recall your agreement at any time. You can even influence the use of Cookies. With modifying your Browser settings (usually found under "Options" or "Preferences" in the Browser menus) you can opt to accept all Cookies, be informed when a Cookie is about to be set or to decline all Cookies automatically.

Do you transfer my data to third person?
Neither do I sell nor rent user data.
In case a transfer of your data is necessary to provide a service, it is done only with your agreement. In these cases you are informed about this before data collection takes place and you can choose to agree to the data transfer or rather abstain from the use of the service.
Sometimes I am asked by private individuals to disclose the identity of my users. The personal data is as a principle disclosed only if I am bound to do so by law. This is the case if public administration (e.g. law enforcement agency) asks me for information or if I reveive an according court order. Otherwise I keep the confidentiality of your data.
How can I review, change or delete my data?
If you have registered for a service, you receive a member name and a password. Using these credentials you can access your data for updating or deletion in case you do not want to utilize the service any longer.
What are Cookies?
